At Royal Decants, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! This policy details our return and exchange guidelines for all products purchased.

What Can Be Returned

  • Returnable items: We don’t take back decants once delivered, however, if we have got your order wrong, we will take it back and send you a replacement for that which was ordered.
  • Once an item has been shipped and or in-transit, you are not eligible for a refund, if an item has not been shipped yet, you can request a refund. No item can be refunded once it has been shipped.
  • Note: All product levels for items sold as partials are estimated based on our decanting records and may differ slightly from those shown in the product listing. As a result, orders for partials are non-refundable.

What We Can Replace/Exchange

We offer replacements or exchanges for eligible items only in the following cases:

  • If a product was damaged in transit.
  • If a product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you receive an incorrect item.

Please make a note of the following terms and conditions:

  • We cannot accept returns or replacements for products with a tampered packaging.
  • You must request a replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, in the same condition it was received, in case of decants, we will not issue replacements if they have been tampered with or used heavily before the return.

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at royaldecantsindia@gmail.com
    • Damaged Goods: Include “BROKEN” and your order ID.
    • Replacement: Include “REPLACEMENT” and your order ID.
      • Email body: Include the reason for your  replacement request.
  2. We may contact you for further information after receiving your email.
  3. If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up from your original delivery address.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packed for return.
  5. Return Timeframe – If return is accepted, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  6. Replacement timeframe – If replacement is accepted, replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  7. Exchange Timeframe – If exchange is accepted, exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process

  • If the refund is accepted, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Order Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, and before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
